About Us
ADK Dance Studio is a family owned and operated dance studio based in Braintree, MA. The studio is owned and operated by Amy Killian and Carolyn Killian. In the spring of 2018, Amy and Carolyn took over ownership of the former Dance Forever and Dance Now & Forever studios which have been in business for over 30 years and where Amy grew up dancing!
A Mission of Movement
Here at ADK Dance Studio we believe dancing is about the experience and learning the core values of dance. We believe that dancing helps young children increase their self-esteem, coordination, balance and poise.
We promote a fun and relaxed atmosphere for our students, providing structured classes, proper technique and respect at the same time.
We also encourage adults to continue their love of dance, whether they have danced for many years or have just been inspired to start learning.
It's never too early, or too late, to unleash the dancer in you!
HOPE Team
Our HOPE Team (Hope Offers Positive Expectations) is open to all dancers and studio family to join together to share the message of positivity, joy, love and great expectations through dance, yoga and other creative programs.
Our ADK Dancers will be performing at the Relay For Life of Greater South Shore (located at the Norfolk Sheriff's Complex in Braintree) on Saturday, June 3rd! This event supports and raises life saving funds for the American Cancer Society!
