Mommy (or Daddy) & Me dance classes are for children 18 months up to the age of 3 years. Music, movement, tumbling, balance and the basic dance steps are introduced in a fun, friendly and positive manner. This type of class includes mom or dad or another loved adult. Our teachers will keep the music and curriculum moving along while parents take an active role in encouraging, supporting and keeping the little dancer on track. Classes will be held as concurrent six-week sessions.
Dance students benefit from the training, balance, coordination and social skills these art forms have to offer. This is a great INTRO into dance and having fun with movement. Tap, jazz and ballet lessons will give your child a well-rounded knowledge of dance and the fundamentals that are important for technique in all styles of dance.
The Dance Inclusion Adaptive class is a class geared toward dancers of all abilities! Instruction is focused for children with (and without) developmental delays physically, emotionally, or cognitively. Anyone and everyone is welcome to this join this class. (Please note: 8+ steps required to enter the studio.)
Dancers will enjoy this interactive class that builds on basic movements learned in the Dance Combo I class but is still appropriate for first-time dancers. The jazz portion of the class includes an introduction to proper warm-ups and stretches combined with floor progressions and mini combinations. The Tap portion of the class will concentrate on building confidence through mastering more difficult patterns and steps. The ballet portion of class includes an introduction to the ballet barre and learning more challenging steps.

This class is for intermediate to advanced dancers who are proficient in classical ballet technique. Warm-up exercises will focus on improving flexibility, extension, core strength, and balance. Center work will include both lyrical and contemporary steps and combinations. Combinations will incorporate the technical elements of ballet with jazz and modern movements. Students will learn how to express a wide range of emotions through their dance based on musical interpretation. Contemporary combinations will consist of abstract movements that combine modern and classical ballet elements.
Our hip hop classes offer an exciting opportunity to introduce your child to the world of movement and creative self-expression that will benefit them in every area of life. Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop music which has evolved as part of hip hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking, and popping.
